What we enjoyed most about working with Downeast Homes was that they were flexible, patient, and answered all our questions. They were able to include some very specific details that we wanted like nickel shiplap ceilings, cable railing systems and most importantly, installing very special wood flooring made from trees that were harvested on our family farm. They also added transoms over our sliding glass doors —a last minute change we requested once we saw the sliders installed.
