What goes into building a home?
Well, you of course! But before you can move in and really transform the house we build you into something that feels like home, there are a few hoops to jump through. You’ll need to have land, you’ll need to have financing in place, and we’ll need to get permits from the town. For a full process overview, click here.
Wondering if there’s still time to get on our schedule for 2022? You’re in luck! If you have land, financing, and permits, and we can get your foundation poured by July 1st 2022, we will be able to have your house move-in ready by the end of the year. Have questions?
